At Runway Catalog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, security seals, and dust bags are intact and included.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of the garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
